After a huge end to the year in 2017, I'm ready for a fabulous year ahead.

I finished last year with a tour of my Christmas show through regional Victoria and South Australia, with almost 3000kms and 13 shows clocked up in just over two weeks.  What a wonderful way to end the year.  And Christmas really is my favourite time of year, so getting the chance to sing my favourite Christmas carols and songs was a real treat for me.

This year I'm kicking off with a cruise to New Zealand early February where I'll be performing my 60's show, a show that will always have a special place for me, being my very first one.  And I can't believe it but I'll be performing all five of my shows this year.  That will certainly keep me on my toes!  I'll also be visiting and performing in a number of new places, including Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, Ipswich and Boonah.  What a lucky girl I am!

The first performance of my country show will be happening in February, and then throughout the year, including a performance at The Capital in Bendigo, my home town, which I'm very excited about.  I was brought up on country music and I can't wait to return to my roots and entertain my family, friends and the residents of Bendigo.  I'll even be playing my guitar in the show.  Along with some boot scootin'.  Should be lots of fun.

And as if that isn't enough to keep me busy, I'll also be launching my new show Gems of Jazz, where I get to sing some of my favourite jazz songs made famous by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, and many more.  I've been wanting to put together a jazz show for quite some time now, so I'm very excited that it's finally happening.

And last but certainly not least, I will be performing with the fabulous Mark Jones in Oh Carole!, a show featuring songs by Carole King and Neil Sedaka.  And this time it won't be with tracks, but live piano, bass and drums.  And I get to do one of my favourite things with regard to singing - harmonise! And with such a wonderful singer!  As I said before, a very lucky girl.

So 2018, here I come!
